2011 Food and Drink Book Awards shortlist

The Chairman and trustees of the André Simon Food and Drink book awards are delighted to announce the shortlist for the 2011 awards.

Many thanks to all the publishers who entered books and congratulations to all the short listed authors.

The awards will be presented at a reception on 15 March 2012. The winners in each category will receive £2,000 and each shortlisted author receives £200.
